A reference from my PGM class.  I need to follow up on it.

Links Everywhere!

I just dumped a whole bunch of links.

I'd been accumulating them for nearly a year, and needed to just dump them since I hadn't spent the time to synthesize them.

As appropriate, I'll go back and comment - hopefully I will present a case study or two using them.  Mainly they are just background research and just interesting references I've accumulated while exploring the field.

Thanks to Joey for finding most of them.  I need to really work on this if I want to get anywhere.
